Reservation needs to be guaranteed with a credit card. Any cancellation must be made within 24 hours prior to your reservation. An amount equivalent to 25% of the reserved treatment will be charged to your credit card, in the event of a cancellation.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, in order to complete the health history questionnaire.
